Its interesting as we go through this as a family. We are learning one very simple truth.
Easy and right are not the same thing. Often we are doing the right thing and its far from easy and just as often we are totally wrong and everything is smooth sailing.

Congratulations to Joanie of Austin, Texas.  Joanie purchased 5 raffle tickets and won the scooter drawing last night at the orphanage fund-raiser.  I spoke with her today and she is ecstatic with joy over her win.   She already found a shipping company and they will be picking it up and bringing it to her next [...]

I guess I better address the question on everyone’s mind…. How much did you raise at the event?    All in all including the scooter raffle and silent auction, we raised $4,200 dollars, and got commitments for $270 per month in support.
