It’s been a while since we updated you all on things here, lots of little things going on and not much time to blog. I had the pleasure of spending more than half of last week in airports and on airplanes to get a different kind of Visa in Washington D.C. We tried everything we could to avoid the trip but in the end there was no other way to get the right visa we needed that going all the way back to America and visiting the country’s Embassy. Not exactly the most efficient way to spend 4 days but its over now and we can finally get our work permit finished.
The two guys who came from California to work with the kids in the orphange are in place and doing good, they are jumping right in and helping with all the medical ailments and skin problems that are so frustrating. They seem to be doing well with it. We are glad to be able to have someone down there who speaks English and is able to handle that end of things while we work on the government process up here.
We heard from the agency today that things are progressing with the kid’s files, as usual they gave us another long list of things to do on our end to prepare for the adoptions. Although it all seems like its taking forever, they tell us that our orphanage is moving much faster than they usually see. That was good to hear.

Thanks so much for the update and for the additional information on the medical ailments and skin problems with the children so we know how to pray more specifically. We continue to pray for you all. Love from your Rock Family.
