I just received an email that I wanted to jump on here and tell you about but first let me give you a bit of the setting when i received it and you will see why it ment so much to me. Today was the day that we said goodbye to Abrehame, he has been with us almost a week and is now doing well enough to go back and be in the orphanage, although we are very sad to see him go it has been a very intense week, you see Abrehame brought with him a little present we have taken to calling the Supernova Africa Cold. You may be thinking of a normal run of the mill house cold when I mention the word cold but … oh no … Let me tell you this cold is a whole nother deal, in fact it should not be even in the same category as a cold at all. While sparing you the gory details of how bad it actually was let me just sum it up by saying that we actually did not sleep for three straight nights, and I don’t mean that like people normally say when they are up for an hour or two, we literally did not sleep for three nights. There were 5 kids living in our house all under the age of 8 and everyone of them including both of us had the Supernova Africa Cold. So when I opened up my email and saw that the Reaves family had gotten their kids together and made muffins and woke up early to set out all their stuff in their yard to have a yard sale and raise money for the kids here I almost cried, there are times when we feel so alone here, but when we hear that there are people like this who are helping out and raising money to support these kids and help out financially with all that it takes to do what it is we are doing here we are broken with thankfulness. So, thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the Reaves family and countless others who have stepped up to help out and help us build a future for the children here who have none. Levi
