It’s me Jessie. I wanted to update you on things, I have sat down to try several times but as you can imagine, it has been a bit crazy here at the Benkert house with five kids under the age of eight but we are hanging in there. Abrehame is doing good. We had some tests done at the hospital and it has been decided that he has giardia and a cold with a cough. Thankfully its not nearly as bad as we had thought. We started him on some medicine and he seems to be feeling better already. He likes to play with our kids and has been sleeping really well. I also started him on some probiotics to try to boost his immune system. All in all he is going to be fine. Our little girl Ruth had giardia a little while back and she took the same medicine and it took care of it. We want to thank every one of you so much for all of your prayers. The drive went surprisingly well. It was a long time in the car but he was a little trouper. He will stay with us for a couple more days to make sure things are improving but then he will head back to the orphanage. We will try and post a few pictures of him in the next few days.
