We are getting ready to head out again to the town where the orphanage is, after a 2 and a half week stay here in the city spent collecting information and starting the ball rolling with adoptions we will be on our long journey once again. This will be the 11th full day we have spent in the car since moving here, its something that we are actually getting used to now believe it or not. We really miss the kids down there so it will be very nice to be back there with them. This month we will be working on the finishing touches on the new home and moving them in. (I promise lots of pictures!) Unfortunately this also means that we will not be posting on here much for the rest of the month, but we will be back here in October and will have lots to say then.
I cannot begin to tell you how thankful we are for all of you who read the blog here and for everything you have done to support us, from money to garage sales and even someone who is running a marathon to raise support. I would not suggest anyone doing something as crazy as all this without a bunch of people like all of you back home helping out. Thank you!

We are so proud of you guys Levi, Jess and kids! We did a yard sale today for our orphan fund. We started an orphan/adoption fund 2 weeks ago with our kids. We don’t know if the money will be used to help us adopt or someone else adopt or go to serve at an orphanage as a family… we will let God direct all that.
We pray for you guys literally almost every night as a family. We were real close to coming that way. We went and sent off all the kids passports last week. Should get them back by mid October. We are praying and seeking the next step as a family. Thanks for the recent updates and hard ground work in getting things set up for getting this kids adoptable. Peace – and Godspeed!
